these are just the little jobs that I had during and before college over the summers. (they're not formatted on here because it kept getting thrown on different lines) My question tho is this part:
Crystal Springs Resort: Seasonal Maintenance Summers 2000 - 2002
is this ok to leave as summers 2000 - 2002? or should I break it out as (putting summers just reads as unprofessional to me... not sure if it is tho)

" " May 2002 - August 2002
'' '' May 2001 - August 2001
" " May 2000 - August 2000
it just seems a little redundant to me to have the same thing for 3 lines but I can't put just May 2000 - August 2002 since I didn't work in the winter while at school can I?

Crystal Springs Resort: Seasonal Maintenance June 2005 – December 2005
Case Construction: Carpenter May 2003 – August 2003

New Jersey Rock Gym: Instructor April 1996 - August 1999

During those missing months I was at college. (you can see that easily if you see the whole resume so it’s not like a secret) Those jobs I posted here have nothing to do with my field (I was a business major) Higher up on the resume I have a relevant work experience that gives detailed descriptions of what I did since graduation (all time since graduation college is accounted for there)

I'd leave it as summers 2000-2002 - that's fine.

Your use of the word "Seasonal" would be self explanatory but I see your point. If you take out the word "Seasonal" and add "Employment" to the end it might be clearer.

What were you doing in the months without employment? - Going to school? If yes, you probably group all the ose types of job together under one "job explanation" . Is that summer work in the same/similar filed as the type of job you're looking for now? If yes, you may want to add some detail to those summer jobs - types of duties and responsibilites you had, etc.
