Hello

I have sent my resume out for the last 18 months and the responses back have been kind of weak to say the least. Is there any free resume critique services out there? If not which is the best resume service available especially to MBA's. Any information given will be appreciated

Do you have an MBA? Most of the business schools have a career placement office, that may be able to review your resume.

Starting with a vamped resume is a great idea! Instead of using resume services, find a discussion board in your area of expertise and ask your colleagues to review your resume...give tips...etc. This way you get the best advice from the best people in your related field. For a site that caters to networking and careers I would highly suggest LinkedIn. You can make connections with colleagues, get great career advice, and of course, get help from the LinkedIn community with your resume.

Maybe the problem is with your resume itself. Employers have to sort through so many resumes and if your just blends into the crowd, it probably won't land you the interview. Your resume is like an advertisement and you are the product. It needs to really stand out from the competition.
