I worked for a smaller company as an artist. This company was taken over by a much bigger monster company and I was laid off immediately.

On my computer I had my artwork that was in the process of going through a review, to be accepted and then PAID for by the said smaller company.

As the hostile takeover commenced, I was not allowed to remove any of my electronic art from the computer. I have since SOLD the artwork to another company. (I have my original files and art at home.) Now the monster company is using my art with someone else's NAME on it to make sales.

What do I do?

We are looking for one loan to cover two purchases. Since I've never bought a home before can I get a loan from the government and if so how do I go about getting it?

I've been trading forex for a little over a year now and heard that there companies offering rebates on your trades. I'm currently trading with FXLQ and they certainly never told me of any program like this.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

I am 12 and my parents said I could start babysitting because I am very responsible and I get straight A's in school, and I am very good with kids and babies. Now I was wondering, I live in this small town. And my parents said I can only babysit within my neighboorhood. So how can I start this babysitting buisness, because I want to get started as soon as possible so I can make some extra cash over the summer. Thanks for your advice!

My health insurance expired on May 31st. I was hospitalized on May 30th for cellulitis.?
My doctor released my from the hospital on the 31st and put me on in home IV antibiodics. Since the diagnoses and preapproval was given by the insurance company before expiration, will the insurance have to continue to pay for this approved treatment?

We want to put an offer down for a house that needs alot of cosmetic work. We wanted to know how it works when people need the extra money to fix up the house before being able to live in it. We don't have that much money to put upfront to fix the house and I'm sure other people are in the same situation. Is there a way, when applying for a mortgage, to get extra money, or how does that work?

people make mistakes forget they bought something etc. is there a bank that doesnt take advantage of minimum wage people who accidentally go $.30 over then make a deposit of say tip money not knowing they over drafted? Then try to pay some bills with the money they thought that they had, but the 60 dollars they deposited means they have 25-30. then say they paid 50 dollars worth of bills that ends up costing them 80-110. it seems a little outragous. Interest on the overdrafted amount or a smaller overdraft fee seem like a good idea.

Through a real estate agent, I negotiated a price for monthly rental on a house. I signed a contract, drawn up by the agency, for that price. The owner then decided that the price was incorrect by $25. The agent changed the monthly rental fee on the contract that I had signed, addfixed her signature and sent me a copy.

Now, I find due to a work relocation, I must move, and the agent is claiming that I am responsible for the rent on the house until, and if, they are able to re-lease it.

My question is: is that contract with the rental price changed binding? Am I legally obligated to pay the rent even after I vacate the premises?
