My husband is on disability. He is on dialysis. Many other health issues. My question is this everything he gets is gauged on my monthly paycheck. If I have off he gets more money. What I dont understand is that I work steadily yet they overestimate my pay? I dont understand how this is being that they see the same money month to month? Is this normal for government to do this? PLEASE any help.

Lauren,
I am sorry I cannot answer your income question. I did want to refer you to www.RemoveMyToxins.com and www.ZeoliteInfo.com regarding your husband's health issues. Perhaps I found you in order to share some valuable information. Perhaps not. I am willing to take this one minute to type, just in case.

I would suggest you take last year's IRS form with your annual income and your last two or more pay stubs and go see them. Disability is based on need and family income so you need to prove to them what your consistent salary is I guess.

Before you go though, I would call (and wait on hold if needed) or have hubby do it.
