Hi guys, perhaps I'm not smart enough to answer this question during the job interview "Why don't you apply the job in the related field that you've studied instead of an irrelevant field? "

Anyone can help me? Greatly appreciated!

Ok my girlfriend and I want to purchase a home together. Hoping to catch a good deal on a fixer upper in a nice neighborhood. For reasons, I don't want to be listed on the mortgage. But I have the monies for down payment , closing , renovations etc. Now is there anyway this can be reflected in a legal document outside the mortgage? Just in case the relationship dissolves my involvement in house is recognized. hopefully it will not come to that but, expect the worst hope for the best. Thank you for your comments and suggestions

I have a timeshare which I never used. I stopped making the cleaning fees payments since 2006. I just received a bill from the city charging me for taxes on the timeshare. What may be the consequences if I do not pay the city tax for the timeshare? Will they sue me or will I go to jail?

I'm accepting a job offer at this company...and they are asking me for "Anticipated Start Date." There is a quite bit of paperwork that need to be done before this date for my new employment and I'm not absolutely sure how long this process will take. Would you think "Anticipated Start Date" can be postponed for a few days if everything doesn't work out like I originally planned?

I hear lots of people have a 3.99 or 5.99 % rate for life. That means you can pay as long as you want until you pay it off. Sounds good, doesn't it? Credit card companies are out there to make money. If you have a card that offers rate for life, they also require you to use it once or twice a month for purchases. This purchase rate is not 3.99 or 5.99% but it would be at 15.99%

When you send in the money, they will allocate the payment to the lower APR before balances with higher APR. That mean the cookies or gas that you just pump will not be paid until the balance you have gets paid first. By the time it all said and done, you paid for that $20 gas will not be $20 but it could be $40.
I don't understand why people would prefer rate for life? Do you?

I've been consulting for six months now as a sole proprietor, using a 1099 in the State of California. My gross for the year is trending to $200K (USD). From what I've gathered incorporating could provide significant tax advantages compared to a sole proprietor. Also, understand there are significant tax advantages as partnership. At this point in time I do not have any partners but can find one for paperwork purposes.

- Is there a recommended threshold of gross revenues where one should seriously consider incorporating vs. self proprietor?
- If Incorporating offers the greatest advantage, then which type S or C? Why?
- State and Medicare Tax - eliminated on company profits?
- I understand the part about paying yourself a small salary, however, how do you transfer company profits to self with least exposure from taxes? Dividend?
- What are the taxes on dividend payouts?
- As a corporation can you defer payment on taxes? What about as a partnership?
I do have more questions..

I had some problems a few years ago and no job so my credit was really messed up and now I am making pretty good money so I want a new car. My fico score is 560 with about 4 collections from about 2 years ago but my dad has a 700 score and makes about 200k and agreed to cosign. I also have a 2003 Mustang that I only owe 3500 on and the dealership will probably give me 10500 for it The car I want is 30k sticker, Please, Help me out people what are my chances? Thanks

Additional Details

The dealship called today and he got my information and said he would call back. He called back but he didn't say I got approved, he just said for me and my dad to come up there. I ask him did It go through and he said he didn't try but earlier he said he would try? So, do you think he is lying and knows I didn't get approved or what? Why didn't he just tell me one way or another? I didn't mention, I make 3000 a month before taxes. Thanks for any help

Title 26 is not law

The 16th Amendment was never legally or properly ratified by all states

Don't give me a link to tax evasion and more tax talk by the IRS or Federal information links

Show me the exact law - period
