This is going to be a place trying to sell you materials to study for the civil service test. Their "fee" doesn't help you actually get a job. You can apply directly, and if you want to do some studying for the test, you can get study guides at bookstores or amazon.com a lot cheaper than this place will charge.
They might claim to guarantee that you'll get the job, or you get a refund. Lotsa luck getting it.

This is an employment service that will charge you a fee to give you information that is available out there for free. Go to www.usajobs.gov and yopu will be able to get the US Govt provided list of govt jobs available in your area.
Dont pay someone to research the info you can find for free.
