just wondering if someone has an idea for a new product how do you submit it? is it an easy process? does it have to be a well laid out idea explaining exactly how it might work or just an idea?

Ours is trying to charge us ridiculous amounts for cleaning the walls, like 350 dollars a wall, and charging us for things that were already broken. We didn't take any pictures before or after we moved in, but we left the house the way we found it, if not better. Please tell me you are innocient until proven guilty!?

eliminate the ceiling by making everyone pay the same percentage and make Social Security solvent indefinitely. This upsets me greatly - I feel that everyone should pay the same percentage - the rich are once again allowed to skate because of the ceiling. Isn't this a common sense approach to fixing SS, or am I missing something??

I am about to become a licensed real estate agent. I plan to go into regular residential sales because I already have a couple of brokerage firms that I would be interested in working for.

However, I am knowledgable in a certain niche area (horses) and I know of a real estate company that specializes in equestrian properties only. That seems like a natural fit for me, and equestrian properties tend to go for big bucks, but the properties are really spread out location-wise, so I don't see how I could do that full time, unless I feel like driving 8 hours to show a property to someone! It seems to me like those sales would be few and far between; I imagine working for a local residential brokerage would be feasible as well.

Before I approach the equestrian properties company, I need to know: can I work for two brokerages?

I am facing great difficulty in understanding the CFA assigned textbook "The Analysis and Use of Financial Statements" by Sondhi, White and Fried, as I'm totally new to financial accounting analysis.
