i want to work from home but there are so many advertisements that are evrywhere. some of them want you to pay them for their service. what is the easiest way to make money from your computer without having to give people money to use their service. are all these online surveys legit? can i really make money by doing this? i am skeptical!

I have saved up some money while working overseas and have found some companies advertising on craigslist. I would like to run due diligence on them and to see if their offers are dependable.

One is in Florida- and these sell condominiums. I have emailed some lawyers there asking them if they would be willing to check them out. However, I have gotten no response at all.

The other one is in Georgia. The are advertising for credit partners. One co-signs mortgages or something like that and gets a profit after a certain time.

I have run both through BBB but they have shown no record of them. I have emailed them and they simply said that they are not BBB members but they have a tax ID and are registered with Secretary of State.

How can I run due diligence on both of these companies? Where should one look up their records, business history, complaints against them, etc. Who would be willing to do that?

I found a home that I am interested in purchasing. I called the listing agent and set up an appointment to see the house. A friend told me that I should have a buyer's agent (which I agree is a good idea). But, I thought if I liked the house, I could retain their services prior to making an offer. My friend says I can't because the buyer's agent won't get his commission if he was not there for the initial showing. Should I postpone the walk through until I retain a buyer's agent?

Need a personal loan for $3,500.00. I am a private investigator starting my own business. My credit scores are low(I checked them), because I don't have health insurance and have paid rx costs >$300/ mo for more than 12 years. I am sincere about wanting to improve my credit as I want to start a business and purchase a home. I am employed parttime as an investigator and have another parttime job as a sales rep starting July 10th. I will be able to pay back a loan, but because my other job doesn't start for 3 weeks, I am in a desperate situation at present. Will be glad to give additional details to anyone who can offer legitimate suggestion. I am really frustrated with all the scams out there, real help only, please?

He asked when i could start, as well as my salary expectations. He kept saying goog, good about my resume and at the end he said, " i think we can work with you, i have a couple more resumes but i think we can work with you" He then shook my hand and said " looking forward to working with you" I need to know what is the chance that i got the job. I was quite confident coming out of it, but now i'm second guessing myself. Any one think i got it???/

I have been doing a job for 7 months that involves lots of lifting, bending squating, at time moving heavy machines and lots of driving which I have gotten carpel tunnel from. I'm not disabled but can't do this job anymore. Is it possible to receive unemployment if I quit? This company doesn't have any less physical jobs to offer me.

My friend decided that he would blow all of his yearly income on luxuries and what ever he wants and then use his income tax returns at the end of the year to buy his truck. I dont believe he is on solid ground with this theory. What do you think? He works a full time job making 9.25 an hour cutting grass. only claims himself as a dependent.

Me and my bestfriend are fifteen and on a work permit and were hired by an insurance company, we were supposed to be paid minimum wage but when we got our checks they came out to be forty-six dollars and seventy five cents and we worked more than thirteen hours over the two week period and she didn't even give us minimum wage she gave us five fifty and we told her that this isn't right so she took the checks back and redid them by six fifty(minimum wage) and they came out to eighty something and we're like if you only added a dollar it shouldn't have doubled so were we wrong or did she think we were stupid?

I'm looking for a 3bd condo to rent in a nice quiet civilized part of Nevada. I've never been to Nevada so I have no clue what areas to avoid in my home search. I'm not a gambler so being near the casino is not an issue. I feel a little left out at work. My boss is a nice guy, but he is a little hard to talk to. He doesn’t seem interested in current events or what the fed is doing (like most lenders at a bank). There are two other guys that I work with who have been here for about a year. My boss will always stop by their office and say hi and ask how major events in their life are coming along, but always skips over me. Not that I blame him, I don't really have anything to say. He is older than me, but not old (probably late 30’s) married with three kids while I am still single and don’t want kids…or marriage for that matter.

Any ideas of stuff that I can talk about without sounding too desperate for attention?
