Ok so we all know that those fateful few who bought into companies such as Oracle, Microsoft, Google, Apple and countless other rule breakers, made millions over decades. I'm looking the next wave, somthing to put money into and just leave it in hopes of letting it sit long enough to turn into a company like the ones i mentioned. Any ideas? Any specific companies that look to be market shakers in the next 10 years or so? I'm only 20 so if i were to lose "some" money it wouldnt be the end of the world, i have time to make it up. Thanks for any recomendations and reasonings.

(respectful answers only please)

For instance, take this example:

Lisa does cocaine with her boyfriend at a fetish club on Saturday nights. She is really groggy on Monday and doesn't remember where she left her files from Friday...
But everyone admires Lisa at work and they mistake her grogginess as the side effect of "putting her all" into the project.

Karen is a recovering alcoholic who works in the same building... she asked her manager if she could leave an hour early on wednesdays to make her recovery meeting. Karen will be fired this week because everyone is gossiping about who might have stolen from the petty cash drawer that both Lisa and Karen have access to.

I've heard lots of hype about Celsius (CSUH) and their launch of earth's first calorie burning soda endorsed by celebrities and news shows. and about Plankton (PLKT) claiming they can solve the global warming crisis with the release of plankton into the ocean which theoretically will eat up millions of tons of CO2 from the earth's atmosphere. and since CO2 emission will now have to be regulated by the EPA Plankton plans on selling CO2 credits to companies that emits to much CO2.

Hi! I live in Louisiana, and we are so confused! We are trying to figure out the best way to file our exemption. Right now we have it as Married and 2. Is this right? My husband is the only one who works. I stay home with our son and am pregnant, baby not due til 08. What I"m looking for is, to get more money in our weekly take home pay but to still not have to pay in April. In the past he'd been Single and 1. So we got a huge refund. I'd rather just have that money each week. So is Married and 2 the right way to do this? Thank you so much for any help!!

I want to offer an extra commission to the agent that brings/represents the buyer of my home. I prefer to offer a fixed amount structured like"$2000 cash to the agent that represents the buyer of my home if it sells within 90 days of listing, and if the purchase price is within 3% of my current asking price". I want to make sure such an agreement or offer would not scare away any agents, nor would it violate any real estate agent brokerage agreements or ethics related policies. My goal is to motivate the market...so is it in my discretion to offer whatever creative perks/incentives I am comfortable with and know that if an agent decides to turn down the offer, no harm done? Obviously I don't want to leave the cash offer open ended because if the house takes a long time to sell or I am forced to accept an offer that leaves me little equity, I don't want to offer the cash.

I am selling my husbands collection (with his permission LOL), and Ebay is slow and a PIA.

I have 100 Dan Marino Auto's to sell, many with jersey's on the card too.

I have hundereds of jersey or other memorabilia cards of Dan Marino.

I have thousands of regular Marino Cards.

I have thousands of various cards of all other sports, lots of jersey's and autos.

I would like to sell these ASAP. I've signed up to the few forums I could find where people trade. But I guess I have to wait to be approved? I have put some stuff up on Ebay. But how else can I do this????

THANK YOU!

Can I (buyer) back-out of an offer verbally if seller counters or do I need to sign some documents to back out and get my deposit check back? I can't trust my real estate agent. The property is located in Los angeles area.

My husband is going to graduate soon (I've already done so) and now we're trying to find a place to live. He's going into the medical field, so we can basically live anywhere where there is a hospital. We want to live somewhere between Idaho and Michigan, but none of the southern states. There has to be high mountains, and lots of trees and lakes. We're starting a family, so most importantly, there must be good schools and family-friendly neighborhoods, including low crime rates. And (as if we weren't being picky enough), we'd like to live in a place that isn't too much in the city but not too far away, say a town of 15,000-30,000. The places I have looked that seem the closest are Pennsylvania (I know, it isn't between Idaho and Michigan), Missouri, and Minnesota. Any good suggestions in these states or others? I am willing to research as many suggestions as I get, so please don't be shy. Thank you

I have a house that I bought 7 years ago in an "up and coming" neighborhood. After 9-11 and a bad divorce, I have now tried to sell it for over 5 years. I owe $264K and it appraised at $230, but comprable houses in the neighborhood are selling at $195K. I have had 6 realtors but no one has been able to sell it. I have had one offer in 5 years. The house is gorgeous, historic and in great condition, but I am in a rut. I can no longer afford to pay two mortages and am sick of renting it out. I can take a loss, but that doesn't even work. Can anyone help me? I just want to unload it, but don't want to ruin my credit. HELP!!!!!

ROI Capital Group: free education for investors who can then buy income properties online services include financing, comparisons cashflow, property management
depending on the education you complete determines online access to properties. Can even buy online. A concept I have never seen.

or North Point Financial Group which assists in investment finance and property management. Both advertise in Craigslist very high incomes (commission) I wonder if true. New homes sales is slow, and I can't sell resale though broker on the so I am looking for a better opportunity. Anyone out there know anything about these?
