I am starting a hardwood flooring business, I plan to hire 1 person for now so I will be small, what type of business would u reccomend to maximize tax breaks etc, also what are the benefits of each type

Never use a sole pro (if you're sued, they will come after your personal property). As far as LLC vs. S-Corp vs. C-Corp, there are pros & cons. Check with a local accountant.
