It will not affect his licenxe unless you file legal charges and have him convicted of an offense. While this may not sound acceptable to, think of the number of unhappy clients who might do the same out of revenge.

I am not saying that your charges/contentions are false, but allegations of misconduct are only that, until a court of law has ascertained that such a violation has occurred.

HELL YEAH......im taking up real estate now you need to report it to authorities and the rel estate commissioner but u gotta be sure she is licensed he can be just a employee worker for a broker.... do it immediately dont wait

what sort of question is this besides? in case you have been sexually attacked then you certainly could record it to the police. If he did it then he could be prosecuted via the state. Your challenge over his license is suspect.

Not sure about how that affects his license, but you seriously need to press charges. ASAP.
