I am having some major issues in my life right now. Just last week i scored a job that i thought was my dream job. ive been on the job for a week and a half now, and i have just realized i cant stand the boredom... i look at the clock every 5 to 10 minutes, i cannot express in words how slow the time goes every day.... there is so much material to learn for this particular career that it is overwhelming.... it isnt specific to my engineering degree.... but i thought the job would be more unique and more helpful in the future... my boss is EXTREMELY snippy and snobby about everything, and is beginning to make me his lackey, asking me to drive here and there to deliver drawings and whatnot... i get no appreciation for the things ive designed for him so far, and i am beginning to think that any type of engineering in general is not a career i could enjoy and stay interested in throughout my life. it is in fact depressing me greatly... should i quit this job? Please include much advice.

I am researching on starting a business and supplying my store with Mexico imports. I don't want any legal troubles. Where can I find out if there are fees..etc? Also, I am not shipping products. I am personally driving to Mexico and bringing them over myself. Please direct me to credible websites :)

The house is a seasonal cabin on land owned by another party. Every year we pay a rental fee to use the cabin on the land. When we bought the cabin (from another party, not the landowners) we agreed to pay the "summer rental fee" every year. However, the landowners are now taking away our right to sell our cabin to another party. They have stated that we need to either (1) take our cabin off the property or (2) continue to pay the "summer rental fee", which by the way keeps going up by $200 every summer.

I feel that we bought our cabin with an "understanding" between myself and the property owner that cabins could be transferred to new owners. No physical document or agreement was signed by me or the owner so can they do this? This has been a precedent for over 30 years at this place.

Also, what can they do if I leave the cabin there and don't take it down? This new policy is being forced on myself and about 100 other cabin owners and it just seems really unfair.

What have we overlooked when it comes to tidying the place and checking to make sure they're clean?

Stove
Window and sliding door runners
Clean floors
Clean toilets

Obviously these are things that are always clean and are being cleaned routinely but I just want to make sure that nothing has been overlooked and if any one has any tips to pass the inspection?

i live in florida, and i have been told that if the house doesnt sell immediately after it forecloses, and we havent been evicted by our landlord (we are PERFECT TENENTS), we basically cannot just be 'kicked out'. i would like to speak to someone knowledgeable- not someone who is just guessing or assuming. everyone's an 'expert', yet they all tell me something completely different from each other?! PLEASE HELP

I am in the process of buying my first house. I found one, offer accpeted and inspections had. The inspector told me I need roof repair in 5 years, but overall it's ok. Then the insurance agent has deemed my roof "uninsurable". What happens now? My ten days post offer grace period is over but I can't get a loan without proper insurance. I can't possibly spend more money on this house at this time either. So what happens in this scenario? The agent said they will likely pay for the roof, is that normal? I only had $1,000 post inspection repairs in the contract.

I feel so sorry for this little girl and her family. I am doing everything I can to support them. My question is, what, if anything, are you doing to help? I have set up a 100% non-profit support site http://missingmadeleine.com/ and I plan to swim contact many celebrities etc to help find her.

She said she would pay this rent to the landlord directly. But one month later, I received a notice that this girl did not pay the rent and the landlord wants to evict her and she was summoned to be in the court. I feel worried that I would be evicted from apartment . so what should I do? Thank you
