i have a mobile home in a park, which i have a mortgage on, i stilll owe $19,000 on it, the park owner gave every one 90 days to vacate the park or everything will be property of the park owner. it is going to cost me around $10,000 to move it , and there isn't any where i can move it to, there are 90 families that have no where to go that live in this park. it really is sad. i have talked to my bank they said they will not accept a short pay off, i even told them i will still make the payments on the home but i was going to abandon the trailer and let the park owner take care of moving it or tearing it down. they told me the park owner can not tear down the trailer because there is a lein against it, what will he do if i leave it there? what do i do?? i want to save my credit

I live with my boyfriend at his house with my two year old son. The house is being foreclosed on and court was on May 1st. I keep asking my boyfriend if he called the bank to see how much time we have till they kick us out. But, he seems to be procrastinating it and saying he forgot, but he will call. I'm getting scared not knowing when and what I should do. If I move before my boyfriend wants to, I have to get housing assistance because I cannot afford to live on my own. Should I go apply for housing assistance now? Any suggestions?

I'm starting as a hostess today and I'm wondering if I can bring my handbag? I didn't see any lockers while I was at my orientation at Applebee's.

Can I just bring a small wristlet and just carry it and leave it at the hostess area? (I need to bring my Applebee's key card, money, my license and other ID's, and such.)

Who would I file a complaint w/ if an employeer is not supplying a pay stub? We have no idea if taxes are being deducted from a paycheck (Weekly base pay is $X amount before commissions - sometimes net pay (minus approx 24%)is deposited directly into a bank account, sometimes a check - but there is NEVER a paystub mailed (in case of direct deposit) or attached to a physical check. I am going to close on a house in a few weeks. Let's say that 10 years down the road I decide to sell it. When it is sold am I then using the proceeds to pay only the principal balance or is there some type of calculated payoff amount similar to what I've seen with some of my car loans?

Can't pay the finance charges. I've decided to wait and try and settle with these companies. How long should I wait to start negotiating with them? I'm a co-signer on husbands and my house; can they put a lien on it? My husband is not on my credit dept.

Q2- how 2 attract more ppl 4 middle mgmt? Q3-what r d imp parameters co. shud check on n why? Q4 how 2 retain existin talent pool

I resently listed online my spare rooms for rent. I've been getting alot of emails from ppl of different country with basicly the same story. Hi, I'm starting to get my pre-req's done for nursing school. I've been looking at different programs and was wanting to know what degree I should aim for and if there was a difference between having an Associate's or a Bachelor's.
I was wondering if you had better/different types of jobs, better salaries, more oppurtunities etc with having a bachelors rather than an associates.
