Who would I file a complaint w/ if an employeer is not supplying a pay stub? We have no idea if taxes are being deducted from a paycheck (Weekly base pay is $X amount before commissions - sometimes net pay (minus approx 24%)is deposited directly into a bank account, sometimes a check - but there is NEVER a paystub mailed (in case of direct deposit) or attached to a physical check. As stated in the question title, it's an employee, not a sub-contractor.
Yes - pay stubs have been requested weekly - the employer has been consistant in making excuses "I forgot to bring it w/ me" type answers.
I want to report them and find out if taxes are actually being submitted to the proper government/state agencies

I would report them to the IRS.

Have you talked to your employer about this? You don't give enough info to tell if you're an employee or an independent contractor. If you're an employee (and if 24% is being taken out approximately, sounds like you are) then the employer is legally required to give you some documentation on the deductions. In any case, you should be given info on what your gross is.

This sounds like a real fly-by-night operation, frankly. I'd start by talking to the employer and asking for a pay stub, but would consider looking for a different job. With this one, you could be in major trouble at tax time next year.

You can report them to the State Labor Board, but be prepared to find another job.
