I'd guess about $450 a year, if you're within 1000 feet of a hydrant and have a paid fire department within 3 miles.

There are more variables, like your CREDIT SCORE, and the claims history on you, AND the house. An agent is going to have to get you a REAL quote.

Call an agent and they can quote this with different insurance companies. They all have a way they calculate what it would cost to rebuild your home, and you can also find out how much it will cost you per year to insure it -- there will be quite a few more questions they will have for you, including how far you are to the responding fire department, feet to the hydrant, any alarms the home has, updates in the roof, heating, plumbing, etc...
P.S. I think you mean 1500 sq ft -- or else that is one huge house!!!

There are many other questions that you will have to consider.
Improvements that increase fire safety:
1. Newer insulation with a R value that is acceptable
2. Smoke detectors, especially if they are wired into the electrical system, rather than batteries
3. Fire extinguishers
4. Escape plan
5. Proximity to fire hydrants or fire depts.
6. Type of new roof, is it a shingled or fast burning roof

Try a quote engine on line to get four to six bids in minutes. We have one under the insurance section and they really provide a competitive look
Good Luck!

You'll most likely get better info by applying for a free quote online but I'd guess ~$150/mth.
