I was wondering how much the overdraft fee was, because I was never too clear on it.

I have a checking account and have been with them for 5 years now, never had much money put into it, but never overdrew until now. I made 4 transactions putting me over 60 or more dollars in overages and I want to know how much per day the fee was, these transactions happened within the last week.

while I was checking my account to see my available balance it read that I was over once again after depositing 176 yesterday, my overages were about 60.00 and they charged me $20 per transaction that was made when I was over and another $50, I don't know what that means?

Most banks will hit you $30-35 per transaction, and then if the account is not brought up to balance in 5 days another $5 a day

You could call or visit a branch, but I think B of A charges a one time fee of about $35 with no daily charge. You have 90 days to pay it back before it goes to Check Free, so pay it back soon and pick up a fee disclosure form when you are there.

It is a good idea to link your checking account to a savings or credit card to avoid overdraft fees in the future.

It will depend on a number of factors. What type of an account you have , and how long you have had your accounts. I overdraft about 1 time per year and normally they end up waving it for me because I have been with them for a long time. But I think if you were to get charged it would be somwhere between 25-35 dollars.
