There is a girl at work that is doing everything she can to get me in trouble. This is includes making false accusations and getting HR involved. I fear that a few things I have done are against policy, however I do this for everyone and feel that everyone in the company does the same thing. What am going to do? I am so aggravated and under so much pressure. She has told several people she's out to get me, and that she hates me. I am in upper managment and she is too, just at a different location. I am so FRUSTRATED.. I don't feel anything I do is any different then my other managers. Please HELP!... Should I find a new job? If so, she would win and I don't want that, but this has been going on for 2 years now, and I don't know how much more I can handle.

thanks!!!!

I run a business that primarily helps small & medium size businesses more effectively manage their accounting function. Typically I visit them once a month, for 2 - 5 hours, but I will also get phone calls, and emails, and requests for that extra 15 minutes of help during the month. If I purchase a yearly subscription to LOGMEIN - which will cost me around $1000 - I will be able to remotely access their computer and work towards resolving their problem. This is great for me as I do not have to waste time driving to visit them, and some problems can be resolved using LOGMEIN very quickly, however, over the phone, or via email they can take a lot longer.
If I offer LOGMEIN can I pass the costs onto the client, as an additional cost, and if so how much would it be reasonable to charge them. How much would you pay for that support?

I charge AUS$100 per hr for a 2 hr minimum callout charge, but using LOGMEIN, I may only assist them for 15 minutes - is $25 fair or can I charge more?

I will be graduating in May with these two degrees and a minor. I have alot of volunteer experience (working as a tutor in the public schools, volunteering at an assisted living facilitie, etc.). I have completed my degree in 3 years-instead of the typical 4 and have made Dean's List every semester. I am hoping to find work (because I cannot afford grad. school right away)...all suggestions are greatly appreciated!!

My daughter was sent a letter from the apartment management saying her lease was up the end of February. Since this was the second apartment she had leased there, she just assumed they were correct. She has since made arrangements to move, and went in to give her notice. They then told her the letter was a mistake, her lease is not actually up until July. She is now in the position of loosing a lot of money between the new place she has put money down on and the old place saying she will have to pay a lot of money to get out of the contract.

My question is, has the apartment management canceled the lease agreement with their letter telling her that her lease was up the end of February? Is she liable for the thousands of dollars they said they would charge her if she moves out now?

I've made an acrylic flower that lights up with LEDs. It took me 60 hours to make but the next ones will probably take 40 hours. If its $8 an hour for labor and adding material cost, Id like to sell it for $400-500. I've heard of guild.com and Etsy.com. etsy.com is not expensive enough to sell my art. Please go to www.thomashuang.net and you can see a high quality video of how i made the flower, and 3 galleries of the flower.
thanks!

I dread working there and I really want a new summer job... what are some great places to work during the summer holiday or at anytime for that matter? Please tell me your favorite job as well and why it was your favorite job.

Okay, this is a little complicated. My fiance and I are about to get married and want to buy a house, among other things. Basically, we're trying to get his credit rating higher, because in his younger days he was a little careless with his credit. He had a repo which he has just paid off, and some other debts which he has either already paid off or is about to have paid off.

My question is regarding his credit rating. I'm getting conflicting information about wether or not a repo is removed from bad standing in a credit report once it is paid off in full like we have done.

Like for instance, he has paid off his one credit card, yet it still remains in bad standing, even though it is paid and up-to-date. (he missed one payment last year, 30 days late)

How can we get his credit rating up to snuff to buy things like our first home? Will this repo stay on his credit for 7 years, or will it be removed?

This is all so confusing, I wish it were easier to understand :(
