I'm looking forward for an interview for the post of tutor in a university. I'm a fresh graduate of Master Science Programme and my experience is just for the research assistant for a few months and a lab demonstrator.

When i am going for a job interview , i think of all the questions they will ask and try to think of what "everyone" else will say and try to think of an answer that would be very unique. This is risky b/c they will either love it or hate it. Sometimes it may be better to stick with "safe" answers. However for your question why they should hire you, I would tell them your passion and training in this career field and say something like " I can't tell you, that you won't find someone else to do this job as well as you would like, however do feel like it would be impossible to find someone to do it better than i would and with the devotion i would have for this job. Like I said before they may hate it or love, just try to be yourself and I hope u the best.

That's your opportunity to talk yourself up and demonstrate that you are familiar with their program.
