I'm married with two stepchildren. My wife does not work, but I do. We're filing a joint tax return. Do I have to report how much she gets in child support too?

NO...child support is usually paid by the other parent using dollars that have already been taxed, therefore, you do not have to pay taxes on the money or claim it as income on anything unless it works in your favour.

No, child support that your wife receives is NOT reportable as income to her. It's not deductible by the person paying it either.
