I got myself a four bedroom apartment. It's clean and have few neat fish tanks and couch. The place are pretty huge.

I plan on renting it out for about 250 a month.

How hard will it be to find a roommate?

The agent said she was very interested in the property for herson or to rent out and requested the agent to get a vauation of what it would be worth to rent. She wants to show her husband throughThey didn't buy the house last time because there was somuch to do but we spent thousands renovating. She was embarressed because we turned up and appologised for intruding,I thought I would go over and say that when she wants to come through with hubby anytime she doesnt have to ring the agent just come over what do you think?

I'm going to start looking for a job soon, and I have a myspace page. I don't really have anything incriminating on there, just a few seductive pics.. nothing bad, just me looking flirty.. lol

Do people really scan future employee's myspaces?

e.g.1 - a water bills 4th quarter statement spans 2005 / 2006. You have no idea what it cost during a given year, only by quarter.

e.g.2 - a credit card statement spans 2 years as well, but you do know when the expense incurred. For those expeneses incurred in late December and paid in early January, do they become a 2005 or 2006 expense?

How do I handle expense taxes in each case?

Okay...here is my situation.

I would like to know what kind of refund my husband and I can expect. Our total income for 2006 was really low...barely even $20,000. He is in the Army, and if you are a lower rank, the pay isn't great. But that's a whole different story. We both claimed 0 so the maximum amount was taken out of our paychecks. If we file jointly, what kind of refund can we expect? What other kind of information do you need to know before you could give me an accurate answer? Thanks!

I keep hearing that AAPL is being shorted. What is the statistic to see how heavily the stock is being shorted?

Also, how can you view the range.. Meaning, how can I see that a stock is being heavily shorted from Dec to January?
Is a graph available showing how the stock is being shorted higher as the days go on?

attack this debt the smart way? The credit card has a pretty good fixed rate. The home equity loan is adjustable and it is creeping up steadily. So far, I've been paying extra on both debts. Would it make sense to pay more on one than the other?

One that is for people who are not in collage but is only 19 going on 20. Also if possible one with no fee's (start up fee or anything like that I can handle a late fee). Also I would reather have a charge card and not a credit card.

Also if possible one you get in seconds online instent approval that they give you an temp printable card once approved.
