If they need the $ right now, Western Union, I suppose, but they are pretty expensive.
I think the last time I sent money with them it cost $25 to send $100. Might be more now 'cause this was a few years back.
If they can wait till Monday, UPS it overnight, but it too will cost a good bit. Same with Fed Ex. Won't get to the receiving party till Tuesday though.

Western Union or Money Gram - they will cost a bit more than sending via mail, but if they don't have a bank account it might be difficult for them to cash a personal check or money order.

You can send a USPS Money Order and they just have to go to their local Post office and show two forms of acceptable ID and they will give you cash.
