if u buy a house for 400,000 100% loan. and u add value and sell it for 500,000$ thats 100,000 in profit, BUT.............you wouldnt pay back the 400,000 loan, ud pay back more because of 400,000 PLUS interest??? wouldnt the interest u owe back take away from ur profit? if u pay 5-10 yrs interest only, thats alot of interest???

if u were to sell it in less than 12 month so theres no apprechiation.

I am talking about a good job, not a fast food job or anything in that manner. I want a good paying job with the least amount of time in college.

I've lost my wallet. I came into my dorm room last night around 3am and had it with me (I had to swipe my student ID to get in the doors downstairs, I live on the 2nd floor), and when I woke up this morning, It was nowhere to be seen. I'm almost certain it's in this room, but I've looked everywhere(!) I've even gone down my hall asking others if they've seen a wallet on the ground anywhere. Of course, they all say 'no.' I've cancelled my debit and credit cards already. I've even checked the trash cans. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, was there something you thought about or a place you looked that you found it again? I'm usually very good about keeping important things close. How this happened is beyond me.

I want to know from people that have looked for ways to raise money to start their business. Did you ask others? Did you do a fundraiser? What did you say or do? Etc...I want to raise money to go back to school and later open a coffee shop, but don't really want to ask family or go to a bank.

I've always heard that if you make over $400 you have to file a return. My husband was told that you didn't have to file anything under $5000. Of course we're going to find out when we have our taxes done but I wanted to know if anyone else knew beforehand. Thank you

I know how Roth's work but I am trying to decide if I should use a Traditional or a Roth. I know one consideration is what you think your tax bracket will be at retirement. Here's the rub; if I am retired, I will not be making any money so I wouldn't be in a tax bracket, correct. So how much tax would be taken out of a Traditional when I am not making any money?
