hello i'm so down right now, don't really know where to begin :(, i just recently know that my MOM using my name to apply for a whole bunch of credit card and now i owe like 13K, and she only paid like $20/month per card, the interest keep on adding up, what should i do now?? i don't want to paid for something that i don't really know i have owed, and beside i don't have that much money to paid back :( i have struggled financially myself too, i hate my mom so much grrrrrr, but i don't want her to go to jail, what should i do now? how do i prevent her from using my idenity in the future? how do i make her paid off all that debt? how do i stop her from using all that credit cards in the future? my english is not that good so sorry if my grammar was incorrect

I have a 6000 loan at 22% (I know its a lot!) and Im trying to consolidate it on to my credit card I just got an offer to do it for "A fixed 4.99%1 APR until the balances transferred have been completely paid off" Thats copied straight from the website but if you notice there is a 1 after the % sign and the fine print below states.
1 - A daily periodic rate of .0137%.
What does that mean??? Is this offer too good to be true? Thanks!

The mortgage business isn’t what it was; and I want to change job markets (I wanted to go into foreclosures; I've tried for 10 months). If the NYSE hits 13000, interest rates will be through the roof. Imagine what that will do to real estate market. I'm told I would be great at sales (I don't talk a lot and HATE real estate sales); I think the health care market is the safest. In the last 10 years it has grown about 15 to 29% each year, and set to grow even more the next ten years. I'm getting old; well a 15 yr old considers me old. I don't know what to do and I need your help...!

Am mech engineer in an oil and gas company and have lot of interest in composite materials (FRP carbon fibre, etc) and am getting publications to increase my knowledge in the area.
I find that when western countries advanced into several applications of this material, India is still at infancy in this field. Many engineers (may be millions) still are not aware what composite material is. I need some body who can help me realise my dream of tapping enormous market still waiting to be tapped in India.

Oh men, i studied the latest and hottest business trend in the market...the altimate affiliate marketing....using google adwords. The only problem i have is no capital to lunch a massive promotion. For the company i want to promote, for each free loan or mortgage quote requested by someone who clicks from my adwords link to their site, i get paid $60. Now if i invest say $5000 a month paying google 3dollars a click to rank amoung the first possitions, i am looking at a profit potention of about $30000 a month. This might be the begining of my american dream, the only problem is i dont have the money to start my campaigns with google. Does anyone know where i can get a small business grant? or can anyone help? or become an investor?

I am in search of books on Gann's Techniques.
On google search i got some links also, but their resources like software,books etc. are very costly. i am using fibotradetr s/w which is a freeware where is a facility available for drawing gann's angles etc. but no conceptual info is available.
Can anybody pl. tell me a free stuff or software or reasonably priced software / stuff on Gann's techniques is available
