Get a job working as a concelor for kids at a camp or a daycare. At 13, you'll probally have to work under the table. Try going to small mom-and-pop sort of stores and offering to sweep or stock for them for a few dollars an hour. From when I was 10 until I was old enough to get a real job, I ran pony rides at a local riding school in a state park. Look around!

Has your Mum or Mom got any rose bushes or lavender bushes in her garden.
If so you can take the petals off the roses, dry them out and make potpouri, wrap small amounts in some tulle with a ribbon around it and sell it to neighbours or at community fetes for say $2.00 a bag.
Or with the Lavender you can pull the petals off those, then put them into tulle with a ribbon around that and again sell it for say $2.00 a bag.
My brother and I did that when we were about 13, and a lot of people bought some.
Both can be used to make houses smell nice or even add a nice perfume to your wardrobe or drawers.
Give it a shot. Who knows it could lead to a career in sales. And just think one day you might become the Bill Gates of the aromatherapy industry.
Good luck

At your age,the cliched jobs are your best bet.I know a kid who made so much money mowing lawns he earned enough to buy his own riding mower and still has a nice savings.Maybe you could offer to tutor elementary kids or help elderly people you know clean their houses. That's what I did at your age besides babysitting. They usually are very appreciative of the help because it's harder for them to do things.

Get a working permit from your consuler at school, and get a job at the pool or a local resturant or so. But to get the working permit you have to have good grades.
