what is it in a Bath & Body Company you've notice lacked completely thta you needed? is it a particular service, products ?
What would be your ultimate fantasy in a bath and body store that has never been offered before?

Caviar face products as well as other expensive face products used exclusively at the world renown spas that would finally be offered to the public through your store. Facials in the store. Horse foot hardening creams which are used on fingernails and somewhat expensive, very hard to find nowadays. I have some, make my nails strong and they grow long. Would like to see more body lotions that REALLY keep the body soft and don't dry without the oiliness.

Well, Bath and Body Works is pretty good, but the one thing that I don't like, is no matter what store you are in, there are always like 10 women crowding around you telling you what sales they have, offering you shopping baskets, and asking if there is anything else they can do to help you. I know they mean well, but when the same person comes up to you 3 times, then it gets really old and annoying. I have walked out of there before because you can't just get any space to look, shop, or talk to the people you are with and it is aggravating and frustrating and makes it really hard for me to shop. I like to take my time, know what I want, get what I need and have space when I shop. It makes me a happy customer, I tend to spend more, I stay longer in the store, and I tell others about the store and my experiences, but the annoying salespeople can really drive me away sometimes.

Incompleteness in a line is an irritation for me when I go to shops like Bath and Body. I find a fragrance I like.. such as vanilla but they only sell body lotion and bath gel in it and not the body spray. grrrrr.. makes me so angry I just walk out without buying a thing.
