Any body help me in any way realise my dream for extensive application of composite materials in India?

Question

Am mech engineer in an oil and gas company and have lot of interest in composite materials (FRP carbon fibre, etc) and am getting publications to increase my knowledge in the area.
I find that when western countries advanced into several applications of this material, India is still at infancy in this field. Many engineers (may be millions) still are not aware what composite material is. I need some body who can help me realise my dream of tapping enormous market still waiting to be tapped in India.
