How hard is it to find roommate?

I got myself a four bedroom apartment. It's clean and have few neat fish tanks and couch. The place are pretty huge.

I plan on renting it out for about 250 a month.

How hard will it be to find a roommate?

Finding one is easy. Just advertise in college campus and you'll get calls almost immediately. Finding a GOOD room mate is quite antoher story.

Remember, you will be sharing your entire house. Someone dishonest can take everything you have and more in matter of few days.

Probably not very hard to find one, but it may be difficult finding one that you can live with and not have issues with.
