I was being sexually harassed at work by my boss, then he fired me after I reported him!
Just how do you bounce back from that? =(

I was never fired after I reported my boss, I was just moved to a different department of the company. If you can prove that you were fired for reporting him you can take him to court. But if you cant prove it you dont really have a chance. Contact the HR or personell department and go from there. Good luck with it! Dont back down and let him win, dont allow him to do it to others, if you know of any other people in the company that have been fired for reporting sexual harassment, get them all together and tag team them!

for one that is illegal to fire anyone who files a sexual harassment report, he will be fired, call human resources, they will get that man fired and your job back! that is not right, you boss thinks that you don't know the law but don't give up that easy!

Go find a lawyer. You bounce back by suing the snot out of the Company, and the harasser.

Seems like there is something that you could do if he was completely in the wrong and you were innocent. Have any others been fired besides you?
