If I am on visit visa or something and I wanna stay longer or just stay in NZ...and I bought a house or an apartment will they give me resident visa or sponsorship or even nationality...

From what I understand, you cannot automatically be a resident of NZ just because you rent or even own a home there. I would do a search for info about immigration laws in NZ, that would be the best place to start.

in case you reside in Australia and circulate to New Zealand, you don't choose a visa. the reason of this as we are considered around the corner neighbours. Thats why you spot a lot of kiwis over here and you will see many aussies over there.

Not sure ask the people that give U your Green Card if U own a property I don't see why not.Good Luck
