Anyone here shopped recently at Fry's Electronics in Sunnyvale, CA?

Have you noticed that all their cashiers are arrogant immigrants, who act like they are too good to be cashiers. I've shopped there several times and most of the cashiers i've encountered do not smile, do not greet you, or say thank you after the purchase. I try to make excuses for them, like some of them were probably royalty where they come from and now they are here working as cashier clerks for minimum wage and that's why they are bitter. Or they are working part-time while they are studying to be world-class engineers and that they consider themselves too smart for cashiering; and so on.

But my real question is, do these immigrants know the concept of customer service? I'm really starting to doubt it. Maybe where they come from, there's no such thing as 'customer service' in a third world country. Such a shame. I'm never going to shop there again. Next time, I'll go to the one in San Jose. I think the immigrant cashiers there might be more pleasant. hehehe...

Where in UK, I can find Curtain / Door to reduce the heat loss for a curing room in a Block Factory.?

The Curtain is to be installed on the Door Bay / Entrance to maintain two different volume of air Heat and Cold (Inside the Curing room / Outside Temperature). The Curing room is heated by steam boiler.

How can I cash my income tax check with my expired ID?

Check under both my husband's and my name, he has his Mexian ID (valid) 2 days ago on Thanksgiving night my purse was stolen with all my documents, the only picture ID i have is my old DL and it is expired. I need the money ASAP.

Why do people keep more than one credit cards?

I see some people have have several credit cards, i don't understand the reason, i mean if you have a good credit history than you can have large amount of credit limt on any one card. Why bother keeping several credit cards? Is it in any way benificial?

31 years old with no career?

I'm a 31 year old woman with kids and a fiance. I work at the school district in my city, I've always been interested in Nursing. I want to go back to school for registered nurse (4 years at my city college). Am I too old to go to school for that long. I'm afraid that if I start school at my age, when I graduate no one will hire me because of my age. Any advice? Thanks

My bf and I are graduating from college May '07, we are considering buying a townhouse?

We plan to stay in our current town, which is a fast growing college town in Illinois, for at least 1-2 years. We are sick of renting and apartment life, and are considering buying a townhome or small house. My question is, would it be worth it to buy a house and only live there for 2 years max? Or should we just keep renting? We want to eventually move to Austin, TX, but we're scared our house wouldn't sell when we decide to move. As I said, the town is a fast growing college town. Businesses thrive here, and the largest insurance company is headquartered here. Advice???

My friend's Turbo Tax return for 2005 has vanished from the PC. He says he can't file for this year without it. I know, it's a little late. Can't he get that info from the IRS or something? PLEASE help as he is blaming me and life is hell right now! I went to the IRS site, does he need to call them? I didn't see something nice like, "Ask IRS" lol...

What should I say in the anonymous complaint letter to my rude neighbors upstairs?

I live on the ground floor of an Apartment complex and my neighbor upstairs constantly opens their closet doors repeatedley, .. sliding the doors back and forth, back and forth, back and forth .. slamming each end so that their closet doors slams against all other tenants surrounding theirs. At first, I thought it was the way these people lived, but as time went on, as I close my closet doors, these people get agitated and they forcefully open, close, open, close, open, close their closet doors even though I open mine lightly. I'm planning on typing an anonymous complaint letter and was wondering what would be the right way to say so that these people won't backfire or try to slash the tires off my car? Could anybody give me an example of a good complaint so that my neighbors upstairs would cut the whole closet noise fiasco? About jobs and health checkup.?

A friend of mine who has already got a job(campus selection,still studying) has been found to have some health problem(some nerves connecting to brain does not work). He will be undergoin surgery after 6 months. What will happen to that job. Will they not allow him to join. Job is IT job in inautix. Please say. Overall he is perfectly alright. Just some headaches(started just recently)
