you may have to go to the DMV and get an id issued, if your old drivers license has your correct/current address on it, you might still be able to use it, they mostly are looking to match up the name with the face with any address on the check, also if your husbands name is on it, he should be able to cash it also,,,,,,,,i dont think it matters what country your id is from

If you bank at the same location regularly, and someone there knows you, you may not need ID or they may accept the expired ID. If not, take the expired Drivers License to the DMV asap and get a replacement. You should do that anyway.
Someone mentioned a passport. This is actually a good reason to have, but not carry, a passport even if you don't travel. It provides a government issued photo ID if your regular ID is lost or stolen.

As a liberal, I'm fine with this question being up, for tow reasons. First, unlike your side, we believe in freedom of speech. And second, you make an excellent example of the stupidity and bigotry of conservatives. There are in fact quite a few liberals who have real jobs. There would be more, naturally, without the job-killing policies of Republicans, but that can't be helped until more people catch on to what Republicans really stand for.

File a police report and bring that and your old DL with you when you go down to the DMV on Monday to get a replacement license.
