I live in Switzerland with my wife who is Swiss (I'm American). We were living in the States and came here so she could finish her Masters, which for Administrative reasons she couldn't finish in the US. My plan has been to go to Medical school, which wasn't a possibility in Switzerland untill recently. I've been studying Biology here getting my premed courses out of the way and now the laws just changed and I've been accepted into medical school here for next year. I really wanted to go back to Seattle and study where my family lives (my wife and I want to settle there). But here medical school is free, and if I get my degree here I can work there too, but if I get my degree in the US I can't work here. Also, my wife just got a really good job in radio. If I decide to start here that means we'll be here another 6 years. We've been here two already. What would you do? I think for the sake of my wife's career, she should work this job for at least a couple of years.
