I'm 15 and I know it's legally alright for me to work. However, I have NO idea where to get jobs in Singapore. In the US, there's no problem because every teen works. How do I get a job here? or rather where?

I am interested in entering the realm of ETF's. I have noticed a few in particular, that seem to catch my eye. In general my investment style is able to take moderate to high amounts of risk in order to achieve higher return's. I have invested in indivdual stocks, mutual funds and other similar items; however am new to the field of ETF trading. Could someone suggest a good starting point, a few good ETF's, and those to stay away from? Any advice, tips, hints, etc would be much apprieciated. A little more info about myself incase it will help. I'm 20, from the US, am not opposed to investing in a foriegn ETF, especially since they seem to give better returns. I'm looking something that will provide a good rate of return, with "above normal" risk, however I'm not looking something so volital as to lose sleep at night. Thank you again!

I'm trying to find out where I can look to see if my employer should be offering health benefits to full time employees. I thought when a company employed a certain number of employees they had to offer health benefits. Does anyone know of a site I can go to or do you know the answer? I know different states have different laws but I thought this was a federal law.

My Call Center is going to start doing bussines with American Companies so I am not sure if I am subject to NRA Withholding. I understand that I am subject to NRA witholding if the property that produces the income is located in the United States or the services for which the income is paid were performed in the United States.

I have the following questions:

1: If a US Telecommunication Company hires me to sell long distance plans for US customers and pays me a commision for each sale, Are those commisions considered as "U.S. Source Income" even though the service was performe in a foreign country?

2: What if a company hires me for handlyng their customer service. Does the IRS Classiflies the Payments I receive as U.S. Source Income or not?

If you can help me I took information from the IRS site

I recently moved from these hellhole apartments in the beginning of September. I didn't care about my security deposit, I just wanted OUT. I did put in my 30 day notice in writing and dropped the keys in the drop box. I just received an eviction notice (forwarded to my new address) stating that I have not paid rent up until November. I have to appear in court on the 27th. What do I need to take with me to prove that the unit has not been occupied so I don't have to pay rent somewhere I have not been living?
