In order to stitch a design on leather what is the best method of drawing a pattern onto it.If a paper is used what kind of paper?

At the moment i am reanting with my partner in UK, Plymouth but am researching mortgages; our current combined income is about £18000.
Someone at uni told me i could get a large100% mortgage, from natwest as long as i rent it out for 3years. BUT i cant find this anywhere on the natwest site.
Do you know if it exists or if there are any other good 100% mortgages deals available?

I keep getting emails from a guy named Robert Allen and various other real estate programs. I wanted to ask has anyone ever tried one of those programs and it actually generated some income ? And do you have to contribute any more than your intial investment to get started ? they cost usually about 35.99 to 59.99 ?

I chose a university degree course some years ago and in hindsight it was the wrong course choice as it wasnt specific enough to a particular career route.

I now see friends earning (much) more money than me which enables them to enjoy themselves to a much greater extent (Holidays, Houses etc...) despite the fact that I have worked just as hard to achieve.

I know I am lucky in that I own a nice (small) house and have a loving family and great girlfriend but I cant help but look back with regret and think, what if?...

I am 21, when i turned 18, i had the time of my life for about 12 months just spending money on things i wanted to do and i racked up £18.000 worth of dept on visa's, loans and getting things on finance but now my life is ruined, since i was 19 ive been paying out about £700 a month and thats the minimum payments for everything and i only earn very little over that!!! can anyone suggest what i should do????

I mean it sounds very fishy ? If they can make money selling it at 500 USD , how come they were selling it at 1500?. Did they consider the 1000 USD difference as the profit?!!!.
P.S the TV example is a real one , 42 inch TV sold at Walmart

By law must my employer pay me compassionate leave as I cannot afford to pay the rent if I take time off but my wife will need 24 hour care and be in pain for 3 days, I cannot afford to hire a home help? need help re manpower forecasting. was tasked to determine the no. of IT engineers that the company has to hire in order to support an x no of endusers or clients (for example, 250 end users or clients). points to consider are the ff:
- no. of end users being supported
- no. of service request received by the IT dept
- no. of available IT engineers to provide the support

If UK Pounds 22k is a salary which is on an extremely lower side what then is a decent pay packet in the UK,also considering that I do not surely have an extravagant life,and that what if two people in a family(spouses) work and make the ends meet ?
Could any one guide me w.r.t rentals of a very modest but comfortable accomodation for a couple in 1) London 2) other cities/towns,what is the mode of daily commute to work if one does not/cannot afford own car ?
