ONLY if that persons name is on the account with authorization to withdraw from it.

Everyone we write checks out to have our account numbers, they are on the checks... They cannot write any of out checks or take any money out.

Even if this would happen.. the bank would be liable and you would have all your money returned. The bank would LEGALLY have to make it right with you if they somehow let someone take money from YOUR account that wasn't authorized to do so.
