I have born and bought up in INDIA and now I am living in abroad. I have an I.T company and I am doing very well and I wanted to outsource more business to INDIA. But I am not getting right sort of partners to do the business. Either quality is not good or price is very high or they are missing the deadlines very badly. Where can I look or advertise for right partners. Is there any website or web directory where all the local I.T businesses listed or is there any medium that I can advertise to reach as many companies as possible?

Am I lost here? Please help me out to bring some foreign economy to our homeland.

i just ask a spacific plan where i am a commerce graduate completed M.Sc(IT), completed GNIIT from NIIT(3 years cource),but acdamic background is very simple . i want to work on java on other area where i get good salary . now after 7 year working i get just 3thousend 5 hundred i want to get good faculty job on java,sql or software developer job or Technical Assistant person where i can get good salary also. yes another thing i have not too much sound in softwares alsoat present but official work is good .i am already working in NIIT,LCC,CMC and now now work in as Back office job in a tea export company where i am not satisfied . i want a carrer guideline by helping you. it is very urgent because i am now 31 age please help me and guide me what is right work now . please suggest me as soon as possible.
