i'm always nice to everyone but will not engage in a conversation with just anyone. I have a problem with certain people 'cause they aren't/ or don't want to be smart enough to get it. what do you do in such cases because the thing is that they will ignore you next time. instead of saying hi they'll just ignore you which I don't mind but I find it stupid if someone's pretending not to see you and you two are like in the same room and then I'll be the one saying hello to them.

like I said I'm always polite but others have a problem when they realize you don't want them any closer than that. this can be esp. bad if you come from a small town and it can unfortunately damage your career prospects 'cause where I come from people are not professional.

to keep things simple and relatively less expensive for the purposes of writing the will.
I have signifigant assets beyond a mil and only want to leave it to one person. No strings really. Just, I'm dead take over my assets and $$$$$$. What is the best vehicle for this? A revokable living trust or? How much is a reasonable amount to pay for a Revocable Living Trust in say, California? Any legal beagals out there have thoughts on how to best prepare to pass on what a person has accumulated in their life? Thanx for your input.

I live in an apartment where maintenace is not taken care of. When i call for something it takes 4 days for them to show up on average even if it's an emergency. I wind up having to fix it i myself or call someone who knows how to do it for me. Yesterday the toilet over flowed and caused a flood in the bathroom maintenace as usual did not show. IS there someone i can report them too they are not member of the texas apartment association. any advice would be appreciated

I accidentally claimed 3 exemptions and actually only should have claimed 1- head of household. I have no dependents. I am hoping that my deductions will reduce the amount I have to pay Uncle Sam in the spring, but I need a list of how to maximize my deductions.
