Get yourself a MS publisher package, you can do templates , flyers bills, cards, posters etc keep the reciept and claim tax on it as a necessity for your office .

Whilst I could charge you for the work of creating one, might I suggest a much better solution given the nature of your business - Go to a stationary shop and you should find an invoice triplicate pad that is more than ample for the purpose.
