I'm a full-time college student, enrolled at a private school, majoring in Business Admin. with a minor in Political Science. I know how stressful it was for me working 9-11 hours a day and come home to do homework late at night and still try to make excellent grades -- I did this while attending my first college. Recently I transferred to a private school (the one I mentioned earlier) and am having seconds thoughts about working -- even part-time. I don't want to jeopardize my GPA because of it; yet, at the same time, I'm feeling guilty because of the fact that I live with my mom and would not be working.

Is this wrong to be only focused on school and good grades, instead of working on the side??

I'm 19 years old and going to University and currently looking for employment; for all my working life, I have been in either food service or general labour jobs but I want to find something in more of a business environment. One of my best assets is my typing - I did a few tests at www.typingtest.com and found my average speed to be about 100 WPM with around 95% accuracy. I know that's good, but I read that some administrative assistants require 120 WPM? Is that true?

In any case, are their many jobs available for 19 year old males with good typing skills? I wouldn't be opposed to working as a secretary, but no one hires male secretaries as far as I know. What other jobs are there where I could put my skills in this area to use?

I was looking for a free credit score, but everyone wants money. Why should anyone have to give money to get information about themselves? Is there anywhere to get a free credit report without a trial or paying any money at all? I do not pay any money for anything online unless it helps me first.

I've already posted once about a career change, and as most of you are probably wondering, I'm going through what most college students go through everyday.....struggling to find which career makes me happy, and which career suits me financially. My original choice was psychology, but I feel as if its pretty much useless, and then I was looking real heavy into the MIS program, but the thing about that is I KNOW that will be too much for me. I hear if your're looking for a career with good money then one might want to major in business, but the thing is, is that I'm not the best in math, that got screwed up a long time ago, but the thing that I have noticed about me when it comes to math is that, if i have a good teacher one that loves to teach and is very patient with students, I can be a great math student I just have to have a good teacher that knows his/her job is to help the student and to be patient.

at a Sandwich shop in my hometown. The interview went wonderfully and I easily passed the testing on the Job Application. The young lady who interviewed me told me I was hired. She went to the back to call Her Superviser .When she returned she asked me how old I was. When I told her 37 she said "sorry,we're not allowed to hire males above the age of 30"because any male aged30 or above was "probably a pervert or something"Can I sue this giant corporation and win?

I am interested in a Principles of Buying course and a beginners course to become a warehouse technician and have no idea where to start. I would prefer an on-line course as where I live there is no college and the closest city is 2.5 hrs away.
