i have a job that a person could do if they were brain dead, but yet i have to play the gimp to lazy worthless old men who are my boss(s) and simpleminded co-workers

For lazy people, that could be their dream job. For you, not so much so you might want to look for another job that suites you better.

It sounds like you have much more potential than the job you are in requires you to have. I would really recommend searching for a job that requires more skill (and with it, better pay) and if you need more education, then I would suggest going back to some sort of school, whether it be GED, night school, or full out university.
