He's realy funny and he's hispanic, he's also a critic, but I like him (not in that way) he's a nice guy.

A funny Christmas card and a gift card for strabucks, or some local cofee shop. nothing to personal but appropriate. I think this combo works well. You could always switch the gift card with a place you know he likes, but coffee is usually a winner

You could give him a humerous coffee cup that has office humor on it, maybe with a sample of your favorite coffee, or a joke-a-day calendar, or a desk toy.
