I've got one. It raised my score 15 points and they report within 10 days of being approved. Everyone is approved. I won't use it much and that's good too. It's from Crown Jewelers. You apply online, they send you an e-mail giving you your account number and password. You automatically get a $1500 limit (everyone does) but they won't report your account to the credit bureau until you've ordered something. They make you put a down payment down on your first order. I got a $100 pair of earrings , put down $21 and that was it. The e-mail says you have to spend a certain amount to get $1500 credit limit but that's not true. This one will be good for you unless you're a jewelery freak and charge it to the max.
Now for a guaranteed credit card I'd suggest Imagine.

As someone who deals w/ credit daily, I would suggest not getting any credit now since it will be unaffordable due to your credit being shot. Having shot credit is a sure sign of poor paying habits (even if it was beyond you control, like a layoff). You are a much higher risk now & to make up for that, they charge you extra interest, so instead of 11% it will cost you 28%.

Try to fix up what you have by paying up what is due, get things out of collections, pay on time & regularly. It almost seems as if you are a glutton for punishment & have not learned your already painfull lesson.

Why are you still seeking more credit if you cant/wont pay what you already have?
