I have born and bought up in INDIA and now I am living in abroad. I have an I.T company and I am doing very well and I wanted to outsource more business to INDIA. But I am not getting right sort of partners to do the business. Either quality is not good or price is very high or they are missing the deadlines very badly. Where can I look or advertise for right partners. Is there any website or web directory where all the local I.T businesses listed or is there any medium that I can advertise to reach as many companies as possible?
Am I lost here? Please help me out to bring some foreign economy to our homeland.

If you need a serious answer, this isn't the best place to get it; there are some semi-serious questions here (mostly desire for technical help), but it seems to me that finding business partners would take some proper research. The kind that you get for a (small) fee.
