Anyone out there ever leave a job that was okay that you could have dealt with, but only to move on to the other job and find out the grass isn't always greener on the other side? If so, what was the scenario? Share you experiences?

Did not have that experience. I make sure to have a list of pros and cons before I make major decisions. These also entail thorough research about the new job, new company and if possible the management themselves.

But if you do make a mistake or is in this situation now, just leave... go on with your life and pick the pieces. There is always a job for you somewhere out there. Just go, look for it since it will not come knocking at you door. I wish you blessings and good luck.
