I keep getting emails from a guy named Robert Allen and various other real estate programs. I wanted to ask has anyone ever tried one of those programs and it actually generated some income ? And do you have to contribute any more than your intial investment to get started ? they cost usually about 35.99 to 59.99 ?

You are paying someone else to get in the program. They make money while you trying to make money selling the same system to others. It called Ponzi scheme. It only works when there are plenty of sucker willing to shell out their hard earning to sign up for the program.
