A friend of mine who has already got a job(campus selection,still studying) has been found to have some health problem(some nerves connecting to brain does not work). He will be undergoin surgery after 6 months. What will happen to that job. Will they not allow him to join. Job is IT job in inautix. Please say. Overall he is perfectly alright. Just some headaches(started just recently)

They should grant him a leave of absence until he gets well from the surgery. Then he can join again.
