i was real excited to get the oppertunity to get this job in loss prevention on very little experiance. i am a31 year old male. my only concern is the women who hired me may like me or she is just being friendly. she hired me right away, said she hired me on her instincts, has winked at me, wanted to know how old i was etc... so any thoughts, just being friendly or maybe more then that?

I am being called back for a second interview with an employer next week. I will not be meeting any new staff members at this second interview so I suspect this employer wants to administer a psych test.

1. Does anyone know what common psych tests employers give prospective employees?

2. Other than weeding out garden variety axe murderers, what exactly are employers looking to learn about me?

Thanks for your help . . . . I really need this job !

I'm currently in college, and my major is Early Childhood Education because I want to be a Kindergarten teacher...or so I think? I want to work with little kids but last night I was thinking if teaching was right for me? I THINK it is but I'm kind of doubting myself. So my question is...what other jobs are out there that allow someone to work with young children? Maybe I need more options...but I don't know! Any suggestions? Thanks!

I'm putting this in the Polls and Survey catergory because it's probably the most popular and hopefully I'll get some [good] feedback!

A friend moved in to her apartment 4 years ago. Her mother co-signed on the lease, it is a yearly lease. Friend signed a new lease last year after going month to month so her rent would not go up. She wants to force eviction, and not pay rent for the next 2-3 months, however long it takes for her to get evicted. Since her mother DID NOT CO-SIGN ON THE CURRENT LEASE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT NEEDED, is her mother still responsible to pay if my friend defaults and gets evicted, will/can the apartments sue her mother for unpaid rent ?? This is basically a yes or no answer if you understand the question.

I'm a USA resident, but I live in another country. When I was in USA I was pregnant and had to go to the General Hospital for examination. I didn't work in the USA, didn't have any earnings so I thought I didn't need to pay. And I told so there. Now they're sending bills to the place where I lived on large amounts of money. I'm not in USA now. What can I do???

I do not want to pay anymore the 10% interest that I am being charged on a mobile home we are buying from a family member. It is unfair that they would charge us and make money off of us. We have not paid in several months now and they want to get us. Can we sue them and stop this?
