I am being called back for a second interview with an employer next week. I will not be meeting any new staff members at this second interview so I suspect this employer wants to administer a psych test.

1. Does anyone know what common psych tests employers give prospective employees?

2. Other than weeding out garden variety axe murderers, what exactly are employers looking to learn about me?

Thanks for your help . . . . I really need this job !

Basically, The one I'm used to seeing is a morality/loss prevention test, and the name of the game is to try to catch you in a contradiction. They will ask a series of questions and re-ask switching the wording around seeing if this causes you to contradict your self. So READ CAREFULLY! On one level I don't agree with these because they wind up testing their ability to confuse you rather than a true test for a moral response.

They normally test your personality and your ability to find a solution about something or the proper answers between a list.
I did it a few times and believe it's nothing is impossible.Just concentrate on the tests and you'll be good at them
