Quite possibly, depending on jurisdiction. You would need to consult with counsel.

The answer is yes.
All companies must post federal wage & discrimination laws somewhere in the building. Most likely in a break room or at human resorces. You should contact The US LABOR BOARD.
Check with your local employment agency to find out more information or look up on line at US LABOR BOARD.

I own a Investigation service in Oregon, this would be my recommindation:
Go to Radio Shack or simliar store and buy a small tape recorder that last up to eight hours, put it in your pocket or someplace it can not be seen but be close enouph to the people so that it will pick up the conversation, also record the date and begining time before you go to your workplace.
Record all racial comments and jokes that you find offensive.
WARNING: Have you told them you find this offensive?
Are you participating in the jokes or comments?
In your case these are important questions that an attorney or labor board will ask. IF you have mentioned you find some comment or joke offensive and the co-workers keep it up, or do any type of retalation you will even have a stronger case.
If you can't record the conversations or comments make a daily log with time, date, names, and the comment or joke you found offensive, be very specific.
As far as an attorney find one that specialises in harassment or employment matters.

You have to talk to someone in your HR department. Talk to the supervisor tell them it makes you feel that you are in a hostile evironment. If the company doesn't do anything and you have it documented then you can sue.

Your company has the right to have whatever kind of environment that they want because....IT'S THEIR FREAKING COMPANY, NOT YOURS! If you don't like it work somewhere else. They're not forcing you to stay there.
