Ameriquest Mortgage?

My mortgage is elgible for settlement. Why has ameriquest not contacted me?

Being "eligible for settlement" isn't the same as being "entitled to money". The first step from here is probably to formally request the funds. I doubt that Ameriquest is obligated to make that first step for you, and wouldn't expect them to do so even if it IS their responsibility.

Get a lawyer or forget about it. Those are your choices.
